Tipperary County Council is inviting approved housing applicants to express an interest in the properties listed for Roscrea and Bouladuff.

Approved housing applicants are warmly invited to express their interest in these available homes.

Please note That Applicants will only be able to view and express an Interest in properties for which they are approved, e.g., 1 bed, 2 bed, 3 bed, etc.

Please Note

1. Applicants can only view and bid on properties for which they are approved, i.e. 1 bed, 2 bed, 3 bed, etc.
2. All Applications will be examined on estate management grounds, including rent arrears.
3. A successful applicant who refuses a Choice Based Letting offer will not be eligible for consideration for another Choice Based Letting Unit for a period of one year.
4. Under the Choice Based Letting Scheme, only the successful candidates will be notified by post.
