As part of the project, two old pipe bridges will be replaced with four new crossings over the River Bunow. A strong support wall will be built, and Beechwalk will get more upgrades. Old pipes at Beechwalk and on the way to Cois Aglish will be replaced with new pipes that use gravity to move wastewater, connecting smoothly to the existing system.
A temporary entrance from the R491 will provide construction access. All required temporary works will be completed during construction. A Natura Impact Statement will accompany the planning application.
