8. Ciaran Connolly (Loughmore Castleiney)
What a year this man had. If one man made a claim for inclusion in the Tipperary panel for next year it was Connolly, as he was absolutely outstanding at midfield for the mid side. You can see the energy and movement he brings to his team, and when you consider the result in the mid final against Thurles was without Connolly, you get an idea of the influence he had when he returned to the fold for the group stages. He came up with some big moments, and there's no doubt he was vital to Loughmore this year.
