Tipperary Energy Agency shortlisted for national climate action sustainability award

Tipperary Energy Agency has been shortlisted for a  Climate Action & Sustainability Award in this year's national property awards.

The agency was the M&E design engineers and energy consultants for the upgrade of Lahinch Leisure Centre where a 100% renewable energy strategy was adopted, with the NDBER moving from an E to A, futureproofing the building for the community and region.

The awards programme is distinct as it is the only one that is non-commercial thereby ensuring the integrity of the judging process whereby no award category is sponsored. Further, it is the only awards programme that contributes to the academia of the property sector, at PhD level.

The winners will be announced in Dublin on Thursday, November 24.
