The late Sean McGrath

The death has occurred of Seán McGrath, Crossayle, Cappawhite, Co. Tipperary

October 14th 2018, Seán, father of the late Margaret; sadly missed by his loving wife Mary, sons Tom and John, daughter Julie, sisters, brother, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.  Reposing at Whites Funeral Home, Cappawhite on Tuesday evening from 6 o’c with removal at 7.30 o’c to Our Lady of Fatima Church, Cappawhite. Requiem Mass Wednesday at 11.30 o’c and burial afterwards in Cappawhite Cemetery.

The late Mary McCullagh

The death has occurred of Mary McCullagh (née Moloney), Ballygemmane, Thurles.

October 13th, 2018, peacefully in the wonderful care of Padre Pio Nursing Home. Predeceased by her husband Joseph and her sons Thomas and Noel. Will be sadly missed by her loving family Breda, Timmy, Tony, Martin, Marie and Joseph, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchild, nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, neighbours and many friends. Reposing in Kennedys Funeral Home, Dublin Road, Thurles this Monday evening from 5.00 p.m. to 7 p.m. to arrive in the Cathedral of the Assumption at 7.45 p.m. Funeral Mass on Tuesday at 11 a.m. followed by burial in St. Patrick's Cemetery. Family flowers only, donations if desired to the Irish Cancer Society.

The late William (Billy) Laffin

The death has occurred of William (Billy) Laffin, 46 Ossory Park, Kilkenny City and formerly of Ahenure, Callan, Co. Kilkenny & Gortnahoe, Thurles, Co. Tipperary. William died peacefully on Sunday, October 14th, 2018, in the exceptional care of Staff at Castlecomer District Hospital. Husband of the late Bridget (Biddy). Deeply regretted by his sorrowing family, sons Philip and Francis, daughter Louise, grandchildren Mark, Kira, Conor, Oisin, Cara and Robert, great-granddaughter Sophie, daughters-in-law Waddy and Anne Maria, relatives, neighbours and friends. Reposing in Molloy’s Funeral Home, Callan on Monday from 5pm with Rosary and Vigil Prayers at 8pm. Funeral Prayers on Tuesday morning at 10.15am followed by removal to The Church of the Assumption, Callan for Requiem Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in Kilbride Cemetery, Callan.
