Grace Shesgreen brings Broadway magic back to the people of North Tipperary

Two nights of musicals, movies and classics in aid of local charities

Grace Shesgreen brings Broadway magic back to the people of North Tipperary

Following a sold-out performance at the Nenagh Arts Centre last year, Grace Shesgreen will make a much-anticipated return to the stage this September with Movies, Musicals & More.

The production, which runs across two nights, opens on Friday, September 26 at 8pm. Tickets are priced at €30, with proceeds from the first show going in aid of North Tipperary Hospice.

Shesgreen will once again be joined by Rachel Gaughan, April Kelly and Andrew O’Grady, and this year welcomes two new voices to the line-up, Kacey Mooney and Dan Whelan. Backed by a live on-stage orchestra, the ensemble will bring audiences on a journey through Broadway hits, cinematic favourites, timeless classics and a few lesser-known gems.

Shesgreen, who also serves as producer and director of the production, is supported by Conor McCarthy as music accompanist and director. Graphic design for the show, including the website banner, poster and programme, has been created by Charley Delaney Byrne.

The concert promises a rich evening of music and performance, with a duration of two hours and 30 minutes, including a 15-minute interval. Doors will open at 7.30pm. The show is suitable for all ages, though recommended for children aged six and above due to its length.

Audiences can look forward to not only an unforgettable evening of entertainment but also the opportunity to support worthy local causes. Updates on the event will continue to be shared across social media in the weeks leading up to the performances.
