Tipperary Sports Partnership is delighted to offer its Swim For A Mile programme in five pools in Tipperary (Nenagh Leisure Centre, Roscrea Leisure Centre, Clonmel Swimming Pool, Thurles Leisure Centre and Sean Kelly Sports Centre, Carrick-on-Suir).
This programme, which started this week, offers two coached swim nights and one self-guided swim each week for 10 weeks, costing €100 plus booking fee.
This is an excellent programme to progress from swimming only two lengths of a swimming pool to confidently swimming a full mile (64 lengths).
