Mullinoly, Mullinahone, county Tipperary
The property, located in Mullinoly just outside Mullinahone village, went under the virtual hammer with BidX1 on Wednesday, April 10 at around 10.30am.
With a guide price of €125,000, the three-bed bungalow sits on a generous 0.64-acre site and spans just over 1,150 square feet.
After a bidding war, the property sold for €251,000.
