A total of 7 houses were commenced in Tipperary in September 2025.
This is a decrease of 38 from August of this year, and is the fourth-lowest total this year, behind the first three months of the year.

This also brings the total number of houses commenced in Tipperary to 129 so far this year.

This number is 647 down compared to the number of houses commenced in 2024 between January and September inclusive, which saw 776 houses commence in that period.
