The club wishes to say well done to everyone that made the effort to see this magical island.

The club has a packed 2025 ahead, with several trips overseas and a lot of challenge walks over the coming months.

Their walk last Thursday night was the Golden Grove Loop outside Roscrea led by local man Martin Ryan.

Their walk this Thursday night, February 20, sees the club heading back to The Slieve Bloom Mountains with a walk around The Kinnity Castle/Glinsk Castle Loop.

The group says they would encourage anyone thinking of taking up hiking for better health or as a way to destress to make contact with Cathal on 086 3399 193.
