RIP: Roscrea Musical Society pay tribute to 'stalwart' of society Mary Pyne

Mary Pyne will be sorely missed by the Roscrea Musical Society

Roscrea Musical Society committee and all members' past and present wish to extend our deepest sympathies to the family of Mary Pyne, who has sadly passed away.

The society posted the following message via their official Facebook page:

"Mary was a stalwart of the Society for many years, serving on the committee in various roles such as secretary and Joint Treasurer.

"In later years, Mary was a very familiar face to those using our box office service in the credit union, where she spent many a long day with her closest friends selling tickets for the shows.

"Her smile and fantastic humour brought joy to everyone she met, and she will be greatly missed by all in the Society and by all those who knew her."
