Clonmel Rugby Club’s Under 14 team who played Carrick-on-Suir RFC
Clonmel Rugby Club’s Under 10s played a blitz in Cashel RFC recently against the hosts and Fermoy RFC.
Clonmel fielded four teams, with each playing three matches. The boys and girls were fantastic, displaying great attacking and defensive rugby.
Thanks are extended to the parents for travelling over to support the teams. Well done to all the coaches for their hard work on the training pitch.

Clonmel RFC Under 11s v Ennis RFC
By Ciara Kiely
Clonmel’s Under 11s took to the pitch on home ground against Ennis on a fresh and wintry morning.
Clonmel fielded three teams, each team playing three games, and as always the Warriors lived up to their name. Each Warrior dug deep, attacked, defended and supported each other right to the final whistle.
Thanks are extended to the parents, coaches, club and the players for positively representing themselves and the club week in week out.

Clonmel RFC Under 14s v Carrick on Suir RFC
By Julian Armitage
The Clonmel Under 14s took to the field after a strong display by the Minis during the morning.
The weather was variable but mostly cold, as the Clonmel team squared up to their opponents for the day, Carrick-on-Suir.
The first try came within ten seconds of the start with a brilliant solo try from Jack Dillon. The team came together and produced a dominant display in a rain-soaked match to win convincingly.
It was a great result and onwards to the semi-final against a very strong Thurles team.
Clonmel RFC Under 16s v Clanwilliam RFC
By James Flavin
Clonmel Under 16s travelled to Clanwilliam RFC to play a challenge game.
A windy and wet morning was met with determination and skill and the team played excellent rugby against Clanwilliam.
A great morning’s work saw the squad use all the skills and strategies developed on the training ground and put them to great use.
Many thanks to Clanwilliam for an excellent game of rugby.
