Peake Villa AFC in Thurles has submitted a planning application to Tipperary County Council for a significant upgrade to its facilities at Bowling Green — with a decision expected by June 6.
The club is seeking permission to install 12 new 18-metre-high floodlight poles to serve two existing grass pitches. The proposed development also includes all associated site works to support the lighting upgrade.
