Peake Villa 1-1 Cullen Lattin
Cullen, who were going for the Tipperary Southern and District League First Division title, went close in the first minute when Mikey Stokes broke through and hit the post.
Villa settled and had a few half-chances before taking the lead in the tenth minute when Cathal McElgunn scored.
Cullen went at the Villa defence and were awarded a free kick in the 32nd minute that was delivered by Ben Carey and was headed down by Michael Elligott to Darren McGrath, who scored to make it 1-1.

The second half saw Cullen Lattin sitting in and trying to catch Villa on the break, but Villa’s defence played well. Villa threw everything at Cullen, but Cullen’s defence were also having a fine game.

Villa had a great chance to win it in the 90th minute when Tristan Kelly was taken down in the box and they were awarded a penalty. Kieren Hennessy stepped up to take the penalty but his effort was saved by Darren Houston.
The game ended 1-1 and that was enough for Cullen Lattin to be crowned champions.
