Former Operation Transformation mentor, Dr Eva Orsmond, who exclusively treats overweight and obese adults and children, will host a series of special presentations on Wednesday, January 22 in the Pembroke Hotel, Kilkenny.

One-in-four Irish people are now classified as obese and a recent report by the UN Food and Agriculture Organisation shows that Ireland has risen to second place in the UN obesity league.

With overweight and obese people at risk of developing serious health issues such as diabetes, heart disease and cancer ‘Life Changing Diets’ will cover a range of topics, from the effects of obesity on the body, tips on making healthier food and lifestyle choices. There will also be a showcase of successful case-studies who have achieved optimum health through weight loss success and Dr Orsmond will be available for questions and answers following the presentation.

Spaces are limited and early booking is advised.
