Spring League
The Spring League is drawing to a close at the end of March so we encourage everyone to get their rounds played and not led down your team.
Compliments to the golf course
Reports over the weekend with the open singles in play were very favourable regarding the condition of the golf course, considering the amount of rain that we have had in recent days. Compliments to the greenkeeping staff.
LADIES GOLF
Our Tuesday Morning Golf saw 28 ladies compete in a 9-hole singles competition with the winner our Lady Captain Mary O’Donnell coming in with 24 points. Our Lucky dip was won by Jenny Laurence.
Our St. Patrick’s Day competition finished on Sunday it was played over 9 holes with two scores to count. The results were; in 1st place Rosemary Shanahan 21+24= 45, 2nd Elizabeth Hayes 18+23=41 and in 3rd place Lady Captain Mary O’Donnell 16+24=40.
We now have an 11-hole competition running from Monday, March 18 to Sunday, March 24. One card, sign in book and enter on computer. Best of Luck.

The results of last week’s 15-hole Scramble; in 1st place Tommy Moloney, Tom Kennedy, L J Ryan & Seamus King 48.4, in 2nd place Gerry Maher, Diarmuid O’Connor, John O’Donovan & Tom Hayes 50.1 & in 3rd place P J Maher, Tommy Landers, Sean Crosse & Billy Maher 51.3.
Open Days
The results of the first day of the St Patrick’s Open Singles Division 1 over 18-holes was as follows; in 1st place Cillian Coonan with 53 pts, in 2nd place Derek Enright with 41 pts and in 3rd place Andrew Heffernan with 40 pts.
