Thurles Tennis Club are delighted to have been allocated €191,022 in Sports Capital Funding announced last week for the development of two outdoor floodlit tennis courts at TUS campus in Thurles.

According to Thurles Tennis Club chairman Peter Broderick:

“This is a very exciting project and will be an excellent facility for all ages in Thurles and the surrounding area to enjoy.

“With this funding now in place, we expect construction to commence very soon.”

Thurles Tennis Club would like to sincerely thank everyone who has supported the club and donated to our fundraising activities over the last few years and have helped in realising our goal of developing a thriving tennis club for Thurles.
