Tributes have been paid to Shauna following her passing with one person saying: "My heart is just broke in two, to see the loss of another beautiful young Lady, Shauna, May "Our Lady" comfort you all at this Saddest time I'm your lives. May Shauna's Young Gentle soul Rest in Peace in the Garden of Heaven with her loved ones Amen."

Another said: "It was a surprise and shock to hear of the death of Shauna. She was a lively lady and neighbour. And she was taken far too soon. But illness does not care how nice and important to family and friends. Life does not follow any logic. Her loss to all that knew her will be emeasurabl and we are led to believe that we go to a better place. Than we have here a place where love abounds and pain and suffering will be no more. I wish Shauna peace and joy in her heavenly home to Paul for you life will never be the same again but we both have Anjels looking after us and someday we will meet again. Peace to all that are in mourning may God grant us that peace."
