ST PATRICK’S LADIES GAA

U10 and 12s - Our inaugural Parish League Finals took place recently. The Shield final was contested by the pairing of Cork v Galway. The Rebels led at the interval by a point but the resolute Tribeswomen managed to get 2 points in the second half to secure victory. The Cup final saw Monaghan play Kerry. Both sides exchanged early scores and they went in at the break level. The Kingdom delivered some telling early scores after the break and despite their best efforts Monaghan just couldn’t break down a resolute defence. Sheelagh Carew Tipperary Ladies Intermediate captain presented Niamh Keane with the Shield and Caoimhe Ryan with the Cup. County Development Squads - Best of luck to girls attending the County Development Squads. In the u12s we have 7 girls and in the u13s, 3 girls. Gaelic For Others - This Saturday the St. Patrick’s G4O team travel to Portmarnock to take part in the National G4O Blitz. Training continues on Mondays and Thursdays in Anner Park.
