Planning has been lodged in Tipperary to convert an old Post Office into an off-licence.

The development address is at Maher's Foodstore, Kilsheelan, county Tipperary.

GNR STAR Ltd is seeking planning permission for "the change of use from Post Office unit to off-licence and associated works within the curtilage of a protected structure".

The architect is Tom Nugent and a decision is due by Tipperary County Council on March 23.
