Peggy Keane, who also died in 2017, was born in Errill and came to Templemore to work in Mackey’s house in Talavera. She then moved on to work in Meagher (Dick’s) on Patrick Street (later Ej Grey’s) before moving to Mockler’s house (Pharmacy) in 1962 where she worked for over 50 years.
