Hilarious 'typo' sees Volkswagen mistaken for luxury Porsche on garda system

The driver of a white Volkswagen has been fined after blocking a footpath, but gardaí found that due to a hilarious 'typo' the vehicle was registered as a Porsche.

The error was discovered when a ticket was being issued, and the correct registration was then found. The plates have been removed, and correct ones will be issued.

Other drivers in Kilkenny have also been fined for blocking footpaths.
