A community group in Tipperary recently presented a charity in Tipperary with a cheque worth almost €2,000.
Borrisoleigh Active Social Club presented the proceeds of their recent coffee morning to Suir Haven last week.
The amount raised was €1952.
Suir Haven Cancer Support Centre is a hospice located in Thurles.

The charity helps those who are affected by cancer, whether they are a cancer patient, a partner, relative or friend of someone with cancer.
The group would like to thank everyone that supported their recent fundraiser. "Many thanks to everybody that supported it in any way possible," the group said.

The group recently had their October meeting, where they were busy arranging dates for activities for the next few months.
