Two Tipperary parishes donate over €10,400 to Red Cross to help Palestinian people of Gaza

Two parishes in the Carrick-on-Suir area have donated a whopping €10,488 to the Irish Red Cross to help the people of Gaza.

The parishioners of St Nicholas & Faugheen Parish and Ballyneale & Grangemockler Parish donated the offertory collections from all their recent Masses to the Red Cross.

A cheque for €7,453 was presented to a Red Cross representative by Fr Paul Waldron and parishioners of St Nicholas & Faugheen Parish.

A cheque for €3,035 was presented to the Red Cross by Fr Pat Coughlan and Finola Walsh on behalf of the people of Ballyneale & Grangemockler Parish.
