BREAKING: Tipperary gardaí issue appeal for 27-year-old missing since New Year's Day

Ciaran Moorehouse, aged 27, is reported missing from his home in Cashel, county Tipperary since Thursday, January 1, 2026.

Ciaran was last seen in Clonmel Town at approximately 7am on the morning of New Year's Day.

Gardaí are seeking the public’s assistance in tracing the whereabouts of Ciaran Moorehouse, aged 27, who is reported missing from his home in Cashel, county Tipperary since Thursday, January 1, 2026.


Ciaran is described as being approximately 5’ 10” in height and of a slim build. He has black hair and brown eyes.

Ciaran was last seen in Clonmel Town at approximately 7am on the morning of New Year's Day.

He was wearing an orange illuminous jacket.

Gardaí and Ciaran’s family are concerned for his welfare.

Anyone with information on Ciaran’s whereabouts is asked to contact Clonmel Garda Station on 052 617 7640, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111, or any Garda Station.
