KILSHEELAN/Kilcash's very own Pat has received the Benemerenti Papal honour for outstanding service to her church and community.
The honour is awarded by Pope Francis and is given to members of the clergy for exceptional service to the Roman Catholic Church.
This is an incredible merit for a lady from such a small parish in Tipperary and is said to be a well deserved distinction for Pat.
