Tipperary local Eileen Condon celebrated her retirement recently.
Eileen was surrounded by friends and family in the Bridge Bar last Saturday.

Paying homage to Eileen, Cllr Máirín McGrath posted to social media, saying: "What a lovely evening celebrating the retirement of Eileen Condon in the Bridge Bar on Saturday. Eileen is known across South Tipperary and Waterford for her 30 years of hard work and dedicated service with her catering business. Eileen's loyalty, reliability and generosity will be greatly missed by so many groups in so many communities where her work was integral to local functions, festivals, celebrations and funerals alike.
"In my teenage years I spent many weekends working with Eileen, along with my sisters, and was so grateful of the employment, experience and memories.
