LIVE: Plans for 30 new houses in Tipperary to begin after green light for demolition

The development will comprise 17 three-bed and 13 four-bed two-storey dwellings, consisting of a mix of semi-detached and terraced units.

Planning application approved

Greenrise Developments Ltd is the company behind plans submitted to Tipperary County Council last July for a new housing development in Clonmel.

The proposals involved 30 dwellings on Tivoli Road, which links the N24 Inner Relief Road and Powerstown Road.

Existing agricultural sheds and a stone wall to the front of the site are to be demolished.
