PICTURE: Tipperary gardaí catch van driver speeding and high on cocaine

The unaccompanied learner was arrested on suspicion of drug driving following a failed DrugWipe test for cocaine and the vehicle was seized.

Tipperary gardaí's Roads Policing Unit was out and about on Tuesday night and detected this vehicle (pictured above) speeding in north Tipperary.

The unaccompanied learner was arrested on suspicion of drug driving following a failed DrugWipe test for cocaine and the vehicle was seized.
