Tipperary gardaí seized a vehicle at a checkpoint in a rural village recently and caught a motorist driving while unaccompanied.
While conducting a Mandatory Intoxicant Testing checkpoint at Killenaule, county Tipperary gardaí stopped the vehicle pictured above.

The driver produced a learner permit and was unaccompanied.
The vehicle was seized under Section 41 of the Clancy Amendment.
