Portlaoise District Court
A case against a man who was alleged to have had no insurance, licence, tax or NCT was withdrawn because he was deported.

Nika Khoshtaria (28) with an address at The White House, Castle Street, Roscrea, Tipperary, had been accused of the offences on the M7 at Addergoole, Laois on October 16, 2024.
When the case was called at Portlaoise District Court, the prosecuting garda asked for it to be withdrawn as the defendant had been extradited.
