Sinead O'Flaherty

The death has occurred of Sinead O'Flaherty, Brook Crescent, Old Bridge and formerly Cashel Rd, Clonmel, Co.Tipperary, 2nd November 2025. Unexpectedly but peacefully at Cork University Hospital. Sinead, will be very sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her parents Chris and Noleen, brothers Ken and Christopher, her partner Chris, nephews Cian and Dara, nieces Rachel and Katie, extended family and her special four legged friend Prince.

Reposing at Fennessy's Funeral Home this Wednesday evening from 5 o'clock to 7 o'clock with removal on Thursday afternoon to Ss.Peter & Paul's church for Requiem Mass on arrival at 1 o'clock followed by interment in St.Patrick's cemetery. 

Marie Dawson
(née Murphy)

Marie passed peacefully, with her daughter by her side, at St. Vincent’s University Hospital, Elm Park, Dublin.

Predeceased by her husband Chris, parents Tim and Nell, brother Michael and sister Eleanor. Deeply regretted by her loving children Eleanor, Karl and Tim, grandson Jack, brother Denis, sister-in-law Anne, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Reposing at Costigan’s Funeral Home, Cahir, on Sunday, November 9th, from 5.30p.m. to 7p.m. Funeral Mass on Monday, November 10th, at 11.30a.m. in St. Mary’s Church, Cahir, followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.

Chris Heaney (nee O'Connell), Turtulla Cross, Thurles. November 2nd, 2025 in the wonderful care of the Community Hospital of the Assumption, Thurles.

 

Predeceased by her beloved husband Eamon, sisters Nancy, Sheila, Elsie and brother Michael.

 

Deeply regretted by her adored and loving family, daughters Mary, Catriona and Michelle, sons Denis and Eamon, grandchildren Crystal, Adam, Róisín, Shane, James, Grace, Ellen, Donnacha and Jacob, sons-in-law Merle, Kevin and Tom, daughters-in-law Kate and Debbie, sister-in-law Breda, nieces, nephews, extended family, wonderful carers and many friends.

Siobhán Maher (Shanrahan, Clogheen, Co. Tipperary) Novemeber 2nd 2025 peacefully. Pre-deceased by her loving father Christy. Deeply regretted by her loving mother Bernie, sister Martina, brother in law Tony, nephew Liam, uncle Paddy, aunt Mary, aunt Margaret, Will, Thomas and all her cousins, relatives and friends.

Reposing at St Theresa's Hospital Clogheen (E21 Y447) on Wednesday from 5pm to 6.30pm. Removal at 6.45pm to St Mary's Church, Clogheen. Funeral Mass on Thursday at 12pm at St Mary's Church, Clogheen followed by Creamation service in The Island Crematorium, Ringaskiddy at 3pm.

Robert (Bob) O’BRIEN

O’BRIEN, Robert (Bob), late of Rathfarnham and formerly of Clonmel, passed away peacefully, after a long illness bravely borne, on the 2nd of November 2025, in the care of the staff at CareChoice, Parnell Road. Beloved husband of Geraldine and loving father of Niall and Fergal. He will be sadly missed by his loving wife, sons, their partners Paula and Christine, his sister Catherine, sisters-in-law and all extended family, neighbours and friends.

Lily O'Donnell
(née Kavanagh)

The death has occurred of Lily O’Donnell (nee Kavanagh), Ard Mhuire, Carrick-on-Suir and formerly Clonmel, Co Tipperary.

 

Lily passed away unexpectedly at Waterford University Hospital on Saturday morning surrounded by her loving family. She is pre-deceased by her brother Paddy, sister Mary and nephew Danny. She will be sadly missed by her loving sons Michael and Peter, daughter Sinéad, their dad Michael, grandchildren Enda, Daithí and Oisín, brothers, sisters, extended family, fantastic neighbours and her wide circle of friends.

Reposing at Condons Funeral Parlour, Clonmel on Tuesday evening from 5.00pm to 7.00pm. Removal on Wednesday to St Mary’s Church, Irishtown. Funeral Mass on arrival at 12.00pm. Formerly of Faugheen, Carrick-on-Suir, Co.Tipperary. John passed away peacefully on the 3rd of November 2025, in the wonderful care of the staff in University Hospital Kerry, surrounded by his loving family. Predeceased by his wife Mary (Nee Herlihy) and his brothers Patrick and Michael. John will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his family: sons Tony (Cromane) and Peter (Milltown), daughter Marie (O'Sullivan, Rossaneen, Currow), sister Noreen (Brunnock), daughters-in-law Theresa and Geraldine, son-in-law Tim, brothers-in-law Dan and Tim Herlihy, his 8 grandchildren: Stacy, Nicola, Féile, Cillian, Bryan, Kian, Niamh and Aoife, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.

November 2nd. 2025. Peacefully in the loving care of the staff of Catherine Mc Auley House, Limerick.

 

Predeceased by her parents Thomas and Catherine (Hogan), brothers Eugene and Fr. John Joe (JJ), her sister Peg and her brother-in-law John Donlon, Derrymore House, O'Callaghans Mills. Co. Clare.

 

Beloved aunt to Tom, Pat, Mary, Bernadette, Oliver, Kevin, AnnMarie, Mairead and Jean.

Sr. Noreen will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by the extended Donlon family, her Mercy Community South Central Branch, her many relatives and friends.

Brendan died peacefully in South Tipperary University Hospital. He will be very sadly missed by his loving wife Millie, sister Maureen, brother Seán, special aunt Sheila, nephews, nieces, extended family and friends.

Brendan's Cremation Service will take place at The Island Crematorium Ringaskiddy, Cork on Wednesday morning at 11am.
