Ailbe Michael Caplis, (Clogher, Clonoulty and Hollyford, Co. Tipperary) December 28th 2025, peacefully in Croí Óir, Our Lady’s Hospital, Cashel.

 

Predeceased his sisters Maureen, Celia and Pauline and his brother TJ.

 

Deeply regretted by his loving wife Frances, daughters Joanne and Mary and her partner Paddy, son James and his wife Louise, his precious grandchildren Fionn and Clíona, sister Joan, brother Gerard and his partner Maura, sister-in-law Betty, brother-in-law Jack, nieces, nephews, cousins, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at his residence (E25 Y583) from mid-day Tuesday. Requiem Mass Wednesday (31st December) in St. John the Baptist Church Clonoulty at 11.30 am followed by burial afterwards in Clonoulty cemetery.

CROWE, Knockballynoe, Kilfeacle, Tipperary - 23rd December, 2025 - BERNARD – unexpectedly - (pre-deceased by his parents William & Pauline, brother Liam). Deeply regretted by his loving family; brothers John, Stephen, Michael , Patrick & Willie, sisters Margaret & Mary, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Fogarty’s Funeral Home, Blind Street, Tipperary (E34 VX40) this Tuesday (Dec.30th) from 5.30pm to 7.00pm. Arriving to St. Patrick’s Church, Kilfeacle on Wednesday at 11.00am for Requiem Mass at 11.30am, followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.

Michael Flannery

Michael Flannery, Silvermines and formerly of Mitchel Street, Nenagh, Co. Tipperary, died peacefully, at Milford Care Centre, on 24th December 2025.

 

Predeceased by his parents Michael and Sally Flannery, his brothers Denis, Donal and Martin and his sisters Carmel and Margaret.

 

Sadly missed by his heartbroken wife Denise (nee Ryan), sisters Mary and Ann (Sheehy), brother-in-law, sister-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

 

Funeral Mass on Tuesday December 30th in Our Lady of Lourdes Church Silvermines at 12 noon, followed by burial in Lisboney Lawn Cemetery, Nenagh.

(née Ryan)

The death has occurred of Patricia (Pat) Hennessy (née Ryan), Slievenamon Road, Ivowen, Kilsheelan, Clonmel, Co.Tipperary, December 25th 2025. Peacefully at Tipperary University Hospital. Predeceased by her sisters Chris, Mona and Margaret. Pat, will be sadly missed and never to be forgotten by her husband Jim, son James, daughter-in-law Margaret (Mags), loving grandmother to Cara, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family and her many friends.

Reposing at Fennessy's Funeral Home Kickham Street, Clonmel (E91 VH64) this Tuesday evening from 5 o'clock to 7 o'clock with removal on Wednesday afternoon to St.Mary's church Gambonsfield, Kilsheelan for Requiem Mass on arrival at 12.30 o'clock. Funeral immediately afterwards to The Island Crematorium, Ringaskiddy Co.Cork.

Jacqueline (Jackie) Lonergan
(née Hogan)

The death has occurred of Jackie Lonergan (neé Hogan) late of Mainstown, Carrick-on-Suir, died 28th December, 2025.

Pre-deceased by her father Jackie and sadly missed by her husband Liam and loving mother of Kieran, Jessica, Cassidy and Craig, Mother Nancy, brothers Derek and Jimmy, sisters Doreen, Natalie and Kelly Ann, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, son-in-law Keelan, daughter-in-law Laura, nieces, nephews, relatives and many friends.

May Jackie rest in peace.

Jackie will be reposing at her home E32DP84 Mainstown Carrick-on-Suir on Wednesday the 31st December from 2pm to 6pm.

Jackie will be arriving at St. Nicholas Church, Carrick-on-Suir, on Thursday the 1st January for Requiem Mass on arrival at 10.30am followed by burial afterwards in Faugheen Cemetery.

Family flowers only please donations if desired to the ICU Unit at South Tipperary Hospital.

Margaret (Peggy) McCormack
(née Fanning)

Peacefully after a short illness, surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her sons Joe and Michael, infant daughter Martina, grandsons Vincent and Kieran, son-in-law Vincent. Deeply regretted by her loving family; husband Seamus, sons Pat, Jim, Philip, John and Thomas, daughters Margaret (Costello), Josie (Woodlock), Elsie (Rafter) and Sandra (Corcoran), grandchildren, great-grandchildren, daughters-in-law Blanche, Helen, Adita, Michelle and Sandra, sons-in-law Ger, John and Paul, sister Tessie, nephews, nieces, brothers-in-law John and Pascal, sisters-in-law Mary (Meaney) and Helen (Delahunty), cousins, neighbours especially Christina and many friends.

PP (Peter Paul) O'Dwyer

PP (Peter Paul) O’Dwyer (Rossacrowe, Annacarty, Co. Tipperary and formerly of Knockgorman, Donohill and late of PP O’Dwyer’s Hardware, Dundrum) December 27th 2025, unexpectedly at home.

 

Predeceased by his parents Mick and Josie Mai and his brother Tom.

 

Sadly missed by his dearly devoted and loving wife Nora (nee Arnold), sons Donal, Peter and Arnold, brothers John, Mike and Seamie, sister Mary, daughter-in-law Aoife, Peter’s partner Louise, granddaughters Ellie Mai and Hazel, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, relatives, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

Breda (formerly of Cahir Abbey Upper) passed away peacefully, in the exceptional care of St. Martha's Nursing Home, Toureen, Cahir.

Predeceased by her parents Jack and Bridie Lonergan.

She will be deeply missed by her beloved husband Michael, nephew Jerry (Moylan), his wife Gráinne, their daughter Jane and son Jack, sisters-in-law Mairéad, Kathleen and Marie, brother-in-law Michael, nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

Reposing at Costigan's Funeral Home, Cahir, on Monday evening from 5pm to 7pm.

Funeral arriving to the Church of the Assumption, Kilmoyler on Tuesday morning for Requiem Mass at 11.30.

Burial afterwards in Killaldriffe Cemetery.

On Saturday 27th December 2025 peacefully in University Hospital Waterford.

Sadly missed by his daughter Sarah Johnson, son Neil Sullivan, grandchildren Sofia and Louis Johnson, Eve and Dáire Sullivan, sister Mary, brother Sean, Aunt Phyllis Hackett, nephews, Joan and the Wall Family, relatives and friends.
