(née O' Keeffe)

Anne passed away peacefully in her 91st year at Tipperary University Hospital. Predeceased by her husband Richard, son Philip, brother John and sister Helen. She will be very sadly missed by her loving daughters Carmel, Helen and Louise, sons Kevin Richard and Liam, brother Donal, grandchildren great grandchildren, sons in law, daughters in law, nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours and friends.

 

Reposing at Costigan's Funeral Home, Cahir on Wednesday evening from 5pm to 7pm. Funeral arriving to Ballybacon Church on Thursday for Mass at 2pm with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Dennis Cullen, Ballinacourty, Aherlow, formerly Ardnamoher, Galbally and Hanworth, Middlesex (UK), who passed away peacefully on 19th January 2026, at Tipperary University Hospital, surrounded by his loving family.

 

Predeceased by his parents James and Lilian Cullen.

 

Beloved husband of Mary and loving father to Darren and James. Sadly missed by his loving family, his grandchildren Glenn, Conor, Neena and Niamh, daughter-in-law Padmini, James’ partner Donna, brother Derek, sisters June, Pauline and Doreen, sister-in-law, cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.

(née Devine)

The death has occurred of Frances Gardiner (nee Devine), St Joseph’s Terrace, Elm Park, Clonmel, Co Tipperary.

 

Frances (in her 95th year), passed away peacefully in the care of the staff of Sonas Melview Nursing Home, Clonmel on Sunday afternoon surrounded by her loving family. She is pre-deceased by her husband Denis and sons Noel, Paul and Derek. She will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her sons Dessie, Gerry and Kieran, daughters Margaret, Denise and Elaine, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family and friends.

Reposing at Condons Funeral Parlour, Clonmel on Wednesday evening from 4.00pm to 7.00pm. Removal on Thursday to St Oliver’s Church. Funeral Mass on arrival at 1.00pm. Burial will take place afterwards in St Patrick’s Cemetery. Family flowers only please. Donations in Frances memory may be made to Sonas Melview Nursing Home, Clonmel.

Unexpectedly at Port Laoise Hospital

Dearly beloved husband and best friend of Claire and cherished Daddy of Eoin, Clodagh, Tara and Conor.

Enda will always be remembered and loved by his heartbroken wife and children, parents Mary and Joe, brother Oliver, sisters Bernie, Tríona, Noeleen, Edel and Paula and his aunt Sr. Margaret (St. John of God).

Deeply regretted by his mother and father-in-law Paddy and Catherine Byrne (Askamore, Wexford) brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, his many good friends, neighbours and loyal customers.

Reposing in Tierney's Funeral Home, Roscrea (E53 NY70) on Tuesday evening from 4pm to 7pm. Removal from his residence on Wednesday afternoon at 1.30pm arriving at St.Molua's Church, Roscomroe (E53 NH67) for Funeral Mass at 2pm. Burial afterwards in Dungar Cemetery

Thomas (Swanie) Lyons

The sudden death has occurred of Thomas Lyons late of Ormonde Crescent Carrick on suir, and formerly of St Molleran's Carrick-Beg, died the 15th January 2026,

Pre-deceased by his parents John, Nellie and brother William, Sadly missed by daughters and son, his brothers and sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, grandchildren, sons-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Thomas will be reposing at Walsh's funeral home new street Carrick-on-Suir on Wednesday the 21st January from 5pm to 6pm. Thomas will arrive at St Molleran's Church, Carrick Beg on Thursday the 22nd January for requiem mass on arrival at 11am followed by burial afterwards in St Mary's Cemetery.

Noreen Moriarty
(née Caulfield)

Noreen Moriarty, of Rushmere, Cabra Road, Thurles, Co. Tipperary and formerly of Claremorris, Co. Mayo. Predeceased by her husband Joe, her three infant babies, sister Margaret, brothers Mike and John. Noreen passed away on the 18th January 2026, peacefully in the exceptional care of the staff at Drakelands House Nursing Home, Kilkenny. Beloved mother of Orla (Murphy), Nessa (Canny), Ann and Conor. Noreen will be dearly missed by her loving family, sons-in-law Pat Murphy and Tony Canny, daughter-in-law Jude (Cross), grandchildren Stephen, Aoife, Eoin, Niamh, John, Joe (Canny), Joe (Moriarty)and Kate, great-grand-daughter Ada, Stephen's partner Aisling, Aoife's husband David, nieces, nephews, extended family and neighbours.

Arriving at the Cathedral of the Assumption, Thurles (E41 A528) on Wednesday 21st January at 10.30am for Requiem Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in St. Patrick's Cemetery, Thurles.

(née Phelan)

MORLEY (née Phelan) Mary (Rathcoole, Co. Dublin and formerly of Cranagh, Templetuohy, Co. Tipperary) January 18, 2026. Peacefully at Our Lady’s Hospice, Harold’s Cross, surrounded by her loving family. Greatly loved and deeply missed by her husband Pat, daughter Emma and her partner Eoin, grandchildren Ben and Lucy, sister Josephine, brother Gerard, in-laws, extended family, neighbours and friends. Predeceased by her parents Tom and Kitty and brothers Ollie and Tommy.

Funeral Mass on Thursday morning, (January 22) at the Church of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Saggart (D24 E867) at 11am. Burial immediately afterwards in Saggart Cemetery.

Patrick Joseph (Paddy) Ryan (Darcy)

Peacefully in the loving care of the Staff at Croí Óir, Our Lady’s Hospital Cashel. Paddy, beloved son of the late Eddie & Bridget, father of the late P.J. and brother of the late Larry, Sammy, Eddie and Marie. Sadly missed by his loving wife Peggie, daughters Marie and Elaine, sons Eamonn and James, daughters-in-law, sons-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, brother Martin, sisters Joan, Breda and Madge, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Elizabeth Senior
(née Ryan)

SENIOR (née Ryan) - Elizabeth (of Blackrock, Co. Dublin, and formerly of Killenaule, Co. Tipperary) - 18th. January 2026. Daughter of Edgar and Terry Ryan, both deceased. Elizabeth passed away peacefully after stoically battling a long illness. Predeceased by her former husband Michael Senior (2001), who was always fondly remembered, and by her beloved brother Alan Ryan (2010). She will be missed by her two loving children, Lizanne and Edgar; her two much loved grandchildren, Delphine and Michael; and her sister Geraldine, brothers Desmond and Gary, and their families.

A private ceremony for immediate family will be held at Newlands Cross Crematorium on 20th. January 2026. A burial ceremony for friends and family will take place at Kilternan Cemetery Park at a later date, to be advised.

 

Instead of flowers, Elizabeth requested donations to Focus Ireland.
