The death has occurred of Catherine Loughnane, Dún Lia, Loughtagalla, Thurles and formerly Pouldine, Thurles, Co. Tipperary. Peacefully after a short illness bravely borne. Under the wonderful care of her children Zoe, Aoife and John, Community Hospital of the Assumption, Thurles and Milford Care Centre. Predeceased by her parents Michael and Kathleen, brother Thomas. She will be sadly missed by her heartbroken family; daughters Zoe and Aoife and their father Robert Lanphier, son John and his father Ciarán Boland, adored grandchildren Ella-Mae, Séimí and Lily, daughter-in-law Aoife, sisters Mary Slattery and Martina Loughnane, brothers Damien, Michael and Seamus, nephews, nieces, brother-in-law Tom, cousins, neighbours and friends.

Reposing in Hugh Ryan's Funeral Home, Slievenamon Road, Thurles on Tuesday 31st March from 5pm to 7pm. Arriving at the Cathedral of the Assumption, Thurles on Wednesday 1st April at 10.30am for Requiem Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in Ballymoreen Graveyard, Littleton, Thurles.

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Aileen Bourke, Tyone, Nenagh and formerly of Leugh, Thurles on March 27th 2026.
Pre deceased by her sisters Sylvia, Catherine, Anna and Sadie and brothers Matty and Eddie. Aileen will be sadly missed by her loving sister Peggy Hassett (Sallins), brothers in law Colm & Denis. Much loved by her nieces and nephews, cousins, a wide circle of neighbours and friends.
