With the festive season over for another year, Tipperary County Council has announced a free Christmas tree return scheme for residents seeking a proper and safe removal process.

With the festive season over for another year, Tipperary County Council has announced a free Christmas tree return scheme for residents seeking a proper and safe removal process.
People can remove their Christmas trees in the following areas of the county with nine different locations around Tipperary which include.
Clonmel recycling centre, Carrigeen, Clonmel
Waller ’s-Lot Recycling Centre, Cashel
Donohill Recycling Centre, Tipperary
Fair Green Car Park, Carrick-on-Suir
Nenagh Recycling Centre, Nenagh
Roscrea Recycling Centre, Roscrea
Templemore Town Park, Templemore
Parnell Street, Car Park, Thurles
County Council Depot, Cahir Business Park, Cahir.
The scheme lasts for two weeks from January 2 until January 16, so still plenty of time to get rid of the festive clutter and start the new year right.
