Community initiative in Tipperary welcomes people with dementia, carers and family members

The monthly café offers support, connection and companionship for people living with dementia along with their families and carers.

Torbay Council puts spotlight on dementia care

The first memory cafe has been announced for 2026 in Fethard, on Tuesday January 27.

The Cuan Aoise Memory Cafe is an event for those living with dementia, their carers and their family. 

The cafe will begin on Tuesday 27 and take place on the last Tuesday of each month afterwards.

It will be held in Fethard District Day Care Centre E91 RR94 from 11.30am until 1pm. 

All are welcome to attend.
