'Auction cancelled' - Major development as huge 44.5-acre site in Tipperary is sold
An auction to sell a huge site in Tipperary has been cancelled after the substantial parcel was sold privately.
The non-residential holding at Brocka, Coolbawn, was sold by Sherry FitzGerald Talbot auctioneers after being previously listed for auction.
In an update, Sherry FitzGerald Talbot said the massive 44.5-acre site is now 'sale agreed.'
The site is located along the Puckane/Terryglass road, just 7.5km south of Terryglass Village, 12 km west of Puckane Village, and 22 km west of Nenagh.
