THROWBACK: Stunning picture of Liam Cahill with publicity-shy wife at All-Star Awards

A beautiful picture of Tipperary senior hurling manager Liam Cahill and his wife Eimear has emerged on Sportsfile showing the happy couple attending the All-Star Awards.

The pair were pictured in attendance during the RTÉ Sports Awards 2025 at RTÉ studios in Donnybrook, Dublin back on December 20.

And pictured below, the Tipperary senior hurling manager and Ballingarry man celebrates with his wife Eimear and daughters Emily and Roisin after the GAA Hurling All-Ireland Senior Championship Final victory over Cork at Croke Park last year.

Her father is Len Gaynor, who won two All-Ireland Senior Hurling Championships as a player with Tipperary.

There was brilliant success on the night at the All-Stars for the Premier County, with Toomevara's Darragh McCarthy receiving the PwC GAA GPA Young Hurler of the Year award and John McGrath winning Hurler of the Year, adding to the seven All-Star awards won by the All-Ireland champions.

The All-Ireland champions led the way with a magnificent seven places and it was a team full of firsts with 10 All-Star debutants in all, the highest number since the 2013 selection.

The Tipperary players selected were Rhys Shelly, Robert Doyle, Eoghan Connolly, Ronan Maher, Jake Morris, Andrew Ormond and John McGrath.
