Tipperary ETB’s Clonmel Campus Open Day on Friday, March 3 at Main Guard

Tipperary Education and Training Board (ETB) is hosting its annual Clonmel Campus Open Day at the Main Guard in the town on this coming Friday March 3, 2023.

People of all ages are encouraged to come along from 10am-2pm to find out more about the apprenticeships and courses that are available in the town, helping people to progress on the path to becoming a Primary School teacher, PE teacher, SNA, nurse, and much more.

A selection of current Tipperary ETB further education learners will be there on the day to demonstrate their work, while staff and tutors will also be on hand to chat with interested parties.
Tipp FM’s popular mid-morning current affairs show Tipp Today, hosted by Fran Curry, will also be broadcasting live from the event on the day, to discuss the wide range of full-time, part-time, evening and online courses available in Clonmel.

Further Education Director at Tipperary ETB’s CTI Clonmel, Stephen Buckley, is encouraging people to come along and ask questions about the education offering that’s available on their doorstep:
“We are encouraging as many people as possible from around Clonmel and the surrounding areas to attend on this Friday March 3, as we have a wide variety of courses that will cater for everyone's needs.

“On the day, you will have the opportunity to meet with coordinators of courses as well as some learners who are studying on the courses.”
