Carrick Swan GAA Club’s premier Intermediate team played Loughmore in their first county league game on St Patrick’s Day morning.

It was a good run out for the Swan team with Loughmore winning by two points.

The Juniors were defeated by Boherlahan last Thursday evening in their first game while the U15s started their football championship with a good win against Knockmealdown Gaels on St Patrick’s Dag morning.

Saturday, March 25: U13A Football: Swan v Commercials on The Green at 12noon (Subject to change)

Monday, March 27: U13A Football; Carrick Swan v Fethard at 6.30pm in Fethard GAA Pitch

The Walsh family thank the Swan Club for the use of the hall last week for the 10thanniversary Mass in memory of Craig.

The Juvenile Committee is running a Last Man Standing competition, which is starting on April 1. Details on how to enter will be on the Club's social media pages.

The Juvenile Lotto draw jackpot is €4250 this week. Nine players matched three numbers last week winning €30 each. Numbers drawn were 1,10,17,24.

Reminder all membership fees can be paid online through the Foireann webite or you can pay in cash to any committee member.

All adults getting involved with juvenile teams in any capacity this year must be Garda vetted and have relevant courses done. Details are on the club’s social media pages.
