Tipperary County Council are diverting traffic away from the R-502 Templetouhy to Johnstown Road to facilitate resurfacing works.
The temporary measure is in place from September 20 until September 22 7am to 7pm.
Local access will be facilitated, and drivers are advised to expect delays.
