The Byrnes family from Tipperary Town are through to the quarter-finals of Ireland's Fittest Family.
Tommy, Aoife, Tony and Cathal pulled out all the stops to defeat the Murray family in the eliminator section of the competition.
Boasting a marathon and Ironman competitor in the team, the Byrnes are coached by World Champion and Olympian, Sonia O'Sullivan.
In the programme broadcast on Sunday evening, the Tipperary family secured first place in their opening task called Double Trouble.
In the second challenge called Raft Race, they set a time of 4 minute 34 seconds but it wasn't good enough to take them through to an automatic qualifying place, so they had to go head to head with the Murray family in the eliminator.
They performed magnificently in the eliminator and did just enough gain a place in the quarter-finals.
Congratulations to the Byrnes family and we look forward to seeing them compete in the next round of the competition.
