Demolition date finally set for former Tipperary hotel

Demolition date finally set for former Tipperary hotel

A demolition date for the derelict Castle Court Hotel in Cahir has finally been set.

Contractors appointed for the demolition will commence works on Thursday February 1, 2024.

Traffic on Church Street will not be affected as all works will be completed internally.

Works close to buildings will be done manually in the main and following the initial groundworks, the resurfacing will go to tender but it is expected a car park that can facilitate 91 spaces will be implemented.
