Burglars fled on foot after being disturbed breaking into rural Tipperary home

Two burglars fled on foot across fields when the owner of the county Tipperary house they were breaking into disturbed them.

The two men were caught in the act entering the house at Ballyhoulihan, Emly via the front door at 7.45pm last Thursday, May 23.

Gardaí have appealed to anyone who saw suspicious behaviour in this part of Emly last Thursday evening or has any information that may assist them in their investigation into the attempted burglary to contact Tipperary Garda Station at (062) 80670.
