Arcona Developments Ltd. has submitted a new planning application for a residential scheme in Stradavoher, Thurles.
The proposal envisions the construction of 36 two-storey homes, comprising 11 two-bedroom townhouses, 21 three-bedroom townhouses, and four three-bedroom semi-detached dwellings.
The application also includes the demolition of two existing dwellings to facilitate a new site entrance, the installation of an electrical substation, the erection of estate name signage, and all associated site works.
The project is being designed by architect Tim Horgan.
The current submission is an extension of duration application, with a decision expected by 24 March 2026. The planning authority received the application on 28 January 2026.
