Burglars stole several hundred euros from a church in Cahir on Monday night/Tuesday morning.
St Mary's Catholic Church on the Ardfinnan Road in Cahir was broken into between 8pm on Monday and 8am on Tuesday.
A burglar entered the church by breaking glass panels in a side door and stole candle box donations.
A Garda spokesman appealed to anyone who witnessed suspicious activity in the vicinity of St Mary's Church in Cahir that night to contact Cahir Garda Station at (052) 7441222.
