Anam Cara will hold their fourteen Face-to-Face meetings in December this side of Christmas
“Sleigh bells ring, are you listening, in the lane, snow is glistening”…..
This picture perfect song, “Winter Wonderland” is ringing out in shops, on radio stations and across the globe throughout the month of December. But for bereaved parents, they just wonder….
They wonder would their child have slept peacefully on Christmas Eve, they wonder what their child would have asked Santa for, they wonder what would have been under the tree for their child.
Christmas brings joy and laughter but brings a lot of sadness too.
Throughout the month of December, Anam Cara want bereaved parents and all those struggling to reach out – reach out to loved ones, to friends, to colleagues, to support organisations – to someone you trust.
But the organisation is also seeking support. This Christmas, Anam Cara is asking the public to light up their virtual Christmas Tree with a very special “Light of Love” in memory of a loved one.
By donating, you will be helping Anam Cara be there throughout the whole year to support bereaved parents all over Ireland.
