Great haul of medals for Tipperary athlete at Munster Senior Roads Championships

MUNSTER 4 MILE ROAD CHAMPIONSHIPS


The Munster 4 Mile Road Championships were held at Quilty, county Clare on Sunday last.


Carrick-on-Suir Roadrunners AC's Eugene O’Keeffe made the long journey west and ran the 4 mile race in 23:45, winning the Individual Over 50 bronze.

Eugene was also the first scoring member on the second placed Over 50 Tipperary County team.


To top it off he won a third place team bronze medal in the Novice race as part of the Tipperary County team.


It was a great haul of medals - congratulations Eugene.
