13. Jack Delaney (Toomevara)
A player who seems to be consistently delivering big scores is surely close to turning the heads of the Tipperary management, after he helped down the county champions last week. Delaney was faultless, scoring two well taken first half goals, and also bagged a terrific sideline cut on top of it. One of the finest strikers of a ball around, he is firmly knocking on the door of the county panel if this form continues.
